This Lucky Draw is open only to OG customers with valid OG Member Card. |
| • |
This Lucky Draw is not open to OG employees, OG vendor promoters, and their immediate family. |
| • |
Every $50 nett spent in a single receipt gets one winning chance. Each Lucky Draw ticket is issued
automatically with the OG receipt when the amount paid is at least $50 nett. For example, if the OG
receipt amount is $168 nett, 3 draw tickets will be issued. |

Each automatically-generated Lucky Draw ticket is pre-printed with the Name, NRIC number, Local Address and Local Telephone Number of the OG Card member as in OG’s record. If any of the printed details is incorrect, the OG Card member must fill in the correct details on the ticket, in legible handwriting, before dropping it into the Lucky Draw box. Those without a valid Local Address and/or Local Telephone Number are not eligible for the Draw. |

To participate, the Lucky Draw ticket must contain the correct personal particulars and must be
inserted into the Lucky Draw box placed, during the store's business hours and during the Qualifying
Period, at a designated location in the OG store where the Lucky Draw ticket was issued ("Valid
Ticket"). |

OG reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the terms and conditions of the Lucky
Draw. These include submitted tickets without correct personal particulars and/or are placed in the
Lucky Draw box of another OG store that is not the one where the Lucky Draw ticket was issued. |

Valid Tickets which did not win in the Weekly Draws will roll over to the final Grand Draw. |
| • |
Weekly Draw results will be advertised on the OG website. The entire Lucky Draw results will be
advertised in The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao on 01 Nov 2012. |
| • |
Winners must produce proof of identity (eg, NRIC or passport or valid employment/work permit pass)
and the original copy of the written notification from OG, upon prize collection. |
| • |
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or other items. |
| • |
Winners will be notified in writing via ordinary post. |
| • |
Prizes not collected by 31 Dec 2012 will be donated to a charity at OG's sole and absolute discretion. |
| • |
Winners are not entitled to any payment or compensation from OG should their Prize be forfeited for
whatsoever reason as OG may determine. |
| • |
The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Lucky Draw is conditional upon compliance with any
and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. |

By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants grant OG their consent to the disclosure of
the participants' information including but not limited to the name, identification/passport number,
photographs or any other information to any party in any medium as OG may in its absolute discretion
deem fit for present or future commercial, promotional or marketing purposes, without payment or
compensation whatsoever. |

Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of OG by each winner from any and
all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether
known or unknown, at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to the
consent and/or any tax liabilities in relation to the Prize. |

OG's decisions on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw will be at its sole and absolute discretion and
are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. |

OG reserves the right, at any time without prior notice and in its sole and absolute discretion, without
giving reason, to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, and/or suspend,
discontinue or terminate the Lucky Draw without assuming liability to any person. |

每周抽奖的结果将刊登在OG网站。整个抽奖的结果将于2012年11月1日刊登在“海峡时报”和“联合早报”。 |

获奖者在领奖时必须出示身份证明文件(如身份证，护照，有效就业/工作准证)及一份由OG发出的书面通知原件。 |

奖品不可转让并不可兑换成现金及/或其他物品。 |

获奖者将收到普通邮递的书面通知。 |

领取奖品截止期限为2012年12月31日。截止期限过后，无人领取的奖品将捐赠给慈善机构。

倘若 奖品在某种OG所确定的因素下被没收，获奖者将无权向OG索取任何支付或赔偿。 |

获奖者必须遵守所有适用法律，法规和规章。 |

所有幸运抽奖参加者 同意让OG透露自己的个人资料，包括但不限于姓名，身份/护照号码，照片或任何其他资料。OG可通过任何媒介方式，在无需付款或给予任何补偿之下，把参加者的个人资料 作为适合于目前或未来的商业，促销或营销用途。OG对此保留唯一及绝对的酌情权。 |
